Only Players that are on the original rosters submitted at the begining of spring Season are allowed to play
Games will be 2 periods of 17 minutes stop time
1 - Minute break between periods
3 - minute warm up before each game
Teams are responsible for their own rings for warm-up
1 x 30 second time-out per team per game
2 referees per game
1 time keeper per game
Music will be played during stoppages
Stats will be updated regularly on website (ahgstats.com)
Team will be allotted 2 points for a win 1 point for a tie
No Overtime in round robin play. Games can finish in a tie in the round robin play.
Home team is responsible for the shot clock (Provide, set up and operate)

**** If any Step in Tiebreaker only seeds one team, that team assumes that position. The three-team tie breaker will continue to determine the seeding of the remaining teams. At NO time will the team using this Formula go back to the two team tie breaker.
OVERTIME
Overtime format - stop time - First goal wins
3 minutes; 4 skaters + goalie
3minutes; 3 skaters + goalie
3 minutes; 2 skaters + goalie
Note : Players can be replaced during this overtime format, and goalies can be pulled for an extra skater at any time.
Penalties
The team recieving the power play will add one player. The Penalized team will not remove a player. Upon serving his/her, the player will return to the ice. Teams will play with additional players until a stoppage in play. teams will remove one player each at resumption of play.
Example:
Peanlty call while teams are playing 4 on 4: it would become a 5 on 4 power play.
